The firm has been involved in providing facility management audit for a major Multi-national Oil company headquarters building in Lagos. A complete detailed survey of the 18-storey structure was accomplished. This has enabled the development of some expertise in this area. The subsequent result of this facility management audit was a refit project for the same company taking over 7 floors of an adjacent city development.
