There are four
main areas of activity in providing design services:
1. Understanding
Appreciation of the brief, site conditions, regulatory requirements,
cost and quality standard constraints, as well as time constraints.
2. General Study
This is done by studying information and data relating to
the problems within the design criteria established by a
thorough appraisal of the brief.
3. Development
Quality solutions using inputs from our specialists and
consultants and ensuring that the resulting solution is
in line with the original brief. This is developed to a
standard required to complete the building form to completion.
4. Communication
Presentation of solutions in an appropriate media, using
text reports, drawings, visual presentations, videos, physical
presentations and a combination of one or all these forms
as and when required to provide appropriate information
to the client.
Architectural services can not be completed properly without
providing Contract Administration Services.
