The Goshen Beach Estate in Lekki is a housing estate comprising about 78 No. 4-bedroom and 5-bedroom houses as well as ancillary facilities.

The design and construction of this estate was packaged by a company called Grant Properties. Messrs. Grant Properties approached Diamond Bank Limited for a loan, and with part of the development funded by Prudent Bank.

A.T.Onajide Architects Limited were appointed as Project Managers to help assess quality of work, give advice on valuations and certification, attend site meetings and report to the financiers and prepare periodic Project Management Reports.

We started working with Diamond Bank Limited on this project early in 2002 and the project construction was completed in 2003.
