We produced two landmark housing estates for the Shell Pension Fund.

In 1993, we planned and designed the master plan of a 20-acre site in Portharcourt the Niger Delta Area of Nigeria. It was completed with about $9million (nine million US dollars) in 1997. It is built on 20 acres of land with 31 housing units comprising 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom bungalows, and 4-bedroom houses.

It also includes 3 blocks of domestic staff quarters with a total of 36 rooms, a Clubhouse with swimming pool and tennis court, a maintenance block and 2 security gate houses.
