ATO Architects ltd were commissioned by SNEPCO in 2006 in investigate its intention to develop a master plan for a 20 to 35 hectares Business park, and to find suitable locations in the Lagos island area of Nigeria for this purpose.
Our scope of work included provision of technical support first to provide preliminary investigations, contacts with landowners and also develop various conceptual schemes with reference to potential sites for which the following were highlighted.

· Lekki Atlantic Resort (tourism land)
