PROPOSED MASTER PLAN FOR LAGOS DEEP WATER SHORE BASE

LADOL Island Master plan proposal for a 120 hectares free trade zone to accommodate the following facilities: slips, helicopter and sea port, quay area, warehouses, offices, residential, commercial and industrial facilities.

A portion of the area is being used now for quay area, warehousing, workshop, bulk storage and offices. power generating plant and sewage and water treatment plant future development on the island will make this a self-sufficient operational base for the oil and gas industry in Nigeria.
