This was closely followed by a similar housing estate on two plots of adjoining land in the Maitama area of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja using some of the house types in Port Harcourt. When Shell Trustees acquired the road running in between the two plots of land, they were able to achieve a plot with a total area of 7.5 acres of land.

We did a master plan layout for this scheme which included 15 No. 3-bedroom bungalows and 4-bedroom houses, and 11 No. Town houses. The ancillary facilities include a Club House, a Squash court, swimming pool, tennis courts, a maintenance building, general staff quarters and an MD’s complex which was discontinued. The project was completed in 1998 at a cost of N512million.
