We were commissioned by a private developer to design luxury apartments for high end users in Victoria Island .   We have come up with a design comprising 19 No. 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom apartments on 5 floors.   There are also domestic staffs' quarters, swimming pool, gym, pool-lounge and bar, water treatment plant, generator house and other ancillary facilities. We are currently preparing drawings and documentation for the construction of the project.
