The client is a developer called Eco-Building Systems Limited, who erect panelised pre-fabricated homes made of fiber reinforced cement panels on a galvanized steel framework.

Construction work started in mid April 2003 and was commissioned on the 25 th March 2004. All of the 12 units are ready for occupation.
