We were approached by Cosmopolitan Alliance to carry out a redesign on sketch drawings already done by another architect.
Initially the site on Louis Solomon Close in Victoria Island was planned to have 10 townhouses and 2 penthouse units. But when we started the process of obtaining planning permission however, we were told that we would have to remove one of the town houses. We therefore ended up with a design comprising a total of 11 dwelling units, 9 townhouses and 2 penthouse units.
The first phase of our work for the client involved the production of a marketing brochure to showcase the building design, exteriors, interiors, fittings and finishes.
Construction work on the project started in June 2002 and was completed in December 2003. |
