We have been commissioned by a Client to develop semi-detached houses on a plot of land on a sloping hill side site offering fantastic views of Abuja and challenging site development options for the design team. We have developed 22 No. semi detached Townhouses.

Because of the nature of the site, the number of levels for each of the units ranges from 3 levels to 5 levels depending on its location on the site. Each unit has 4 bedrooms (including a guest bedroom), a covered carport at entry level, kitchen and 2-3 lounges. A room for domestic staff is attached to each of the units at ground level.

We are currently putting together contract drawings and documentation.
