The client’s design brief is for a guest house with 12-14 single room and 4-6 suites. Rooms of 60 square meters and suites of 90 square meters. The guest house will have conference rooms, guest offices, business centre, restaurants, bar/ coffee shop, and staff quarters.

In the past 15 years the firm has been commissioned to carry out design studies on several proposed hotels and short stay apartments in Kano, Port Harcourt, Abeokuta, Abuja and Lagos. In recent times there has been a greater surge of interest on the Nigerian / South African joint ventures.
