Marine House – U. S. Embassy
We are involved in the design and refit of the U.S Embassy Marine House on a Lagos location. We are providing Architectural & Construction Management services. The Project had been completed in February 2003.

Federal Government of Nigeria
We were involved as Project Managers for the refurbishment of the oldest Military Barracks in Lagos. This project was never implemented but gave us a breadth of experience in managing the design process for a large infrastructural refurbishment project. Budget estimate was N500M in 1999.

State House Marina
This project was sponsored by the then Petroleum (Special) Trust Fund. We were asked as Coordinating Project Managers for the refurbishment of the earliest colonial Nigerian State House. The importance of this unique opportunity can not be overstated. The budget for this project was N500M in 1999.
