We were required to design for 720 children. From our
research and experience we find that in co-educational
schools, the population of boys outweighs the population
of girls.
In designing the facilities,
especially the boarding facilities, we assumed a ratio
of boys to girls of 390 to 330 considering the Corona
Schools Trust Council wishes to have only 25 students
per class and only 4 classes per year. We have submitted a design
for flexibility and the future expansion of the facilities
and we also considered very seriously that there will
be changes in the school’s overall philosophy
with time. |
