This was done after a comprehensive facility management audit as provided for Shell Production and Exploration Company at the Freeman House Headquarters.

Construction work started on the 26th June 1995 and was completed on the 27th March 1996.The project required the total use of high quality imported fire proof partitioning systems, incorporating double glazing, a high level of sound insulation was achieved.
