In 1999, We were invited by Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (LSDPC) to enter a competition to design a low key commercial complex for the purpose of revenue generation and to enhance the environment and property value of the site.

The site is situated at the junction of Akerele Road and Rabiatu Thompson Crescent, Surulere, Lagos. On the site were existing structures and occupied by Surulere Night Club.

The complex is expected to consist of a Multi Purpose Hall, Lettable office spaces, Lettable shops and sufficient parking bays.

In the final analysis, we won the competition. The job went to tender but the scheme was never built as LSDPC were unable to fund the developers.
