In May 1995 First Bank
PLC commissioned the firm to design and supervise
the construction of its branch at Agege.
The plot of land is L-shaped
and covers an area of 969 square meters. In line with
on-going policy, First Bank wanted their corporate
image portrayed. Construction work started on the
project on the 21st of March 1996.
The project was completed within the budget ( N92 million)
and within the projected period of 12 months.
