The decision to have a more spacious, conducive and secure commercial banking environment resulted in the need to relocate Diamond Bank branch in Osolo way, Isolo to Asa Afariogun Street also in Isolo. Asa Afariogun Street where the new bank branch is located is about 500 meters from the existing branch.

In the brief received from the client, a storey building was required to be built on the site to cater for banking activities and staff needs. The site covers an area of about 4,700sq.m. It is located at the depressed side of the road, which was not evident until the site was cleared.

 Based on the brief and client requirements we have designed a simple but aesthetically pleasing structure on the site provided with efficient utilization of plot area. A sizeable portion of the plot has been reserved for future development.

The floor area covered in the design is a total of about 1000 square meters on the ground and first floor. There is visual communication between the ground floor and first floor achieved by a void over the banking hall.
