We were appointed as Architects and project managers for the construction of 16 numbers of town housing units in January 2004.
Our role is to supervise and manage the construction of the houses, including the coordination of all activities of main and sub-contractors. Our firm is also responsible for the production of all working drawings and supervision, to hand over stage.
The project is scheduled to be completed and handed over by February 2006. The highlights of this project includes:
1) 16 Number Townhouses (Block A, B and C)
2) BQ Block
3) Generator house, Gate house, and Underground storage diesel tank.
4) External works, drains, landscaping, electricals and plumbing.
5) Swimming pool and equipment.
6) 500Kva Generator set and transformer for PHCN connection.
7) Bore water treatment and storage facilities.
